How to make Vietnamese iced milk coffee with Phin

Introduce

Iced milk coffee is a popular drink throughout Vietnam, on every small street you will see a few coffee shops selling this coffee. Its ingredients are mainly made from Robusta coffee with a rich and strong flavor, mixed with ice to reduce the summer heat.
Robusta also has more caffeine, so it makes farmers who have to work outside feel more comfortable.
You'll see us use it with condensed milk or coconut milk, and sometimes even salt, to make coffee. But no matter what, it spreads our coffee culture everywhere and suits the local weather.

Common ingredients: 80% Robusta and 20% Arabica for delicious flavor. You can use Dark or Medium roast level

- 80 - 100g hot water
