Price

- Tour 1h: 200.000 VNĐ/people

This is a short tour, we take you visit conventional and organic coffee, how we process and roast our coffee. From your farm to your cup of coffee.

- Tour 2h: 500.000 VNĐ/people (Minimum 2 people)

The short visit is like the #1 choice, you can also experience the coffee roasting yourself and learn the difference between regular and high quality coffee, and you learn some coffee brewing methods to Create different cups of coffee.

- Half-day harvest experience tour (from November to January of next year): 1,000,000 VND/person (minimum 2 people)

Experience harvesting, processing, roasting and making your own handmade coffee from farm to cup. Includes lunch with vegetables from the farm.

What You’ll be Doing

Itinerary: Moving to the coffee garden, we will know how to harvest Robusta and Arabica coffee in Vietnam.

  • You will also know the difference between an organic and a conventional farm.
  • Returning to the farm center, you will know how we prepare high quality coffee, different from the popular farms.
  • Classification of ripe coffee
  • Method of processing natural, honey and Wash
  • Exposure and drying time
  • Make tea from coffee pods (cascara coffee tea)
  • You will learn about how we roast coffee with each Arabica and Robusta, how to roast high quality coffee, how to evaluate and grade green coffee before roasting.
  • We move to the vegetable garden, where you know how we grow vegetables and fruits organically, serving us and ecological diversity.

Meet your host

My name is Huy, co-founder of Midori Coffee Farm established in 2017, before that I was an agricultural student at a university in Vietnam. I have been running the farm for almost 6 years and have a lot of experience in organic coffee farming, and later in high quality coffee processing. I can talk about the story of farming, processing, roasting and producing coffee because I am the direct producer and bring the cup of coffee to you. Looking forward to meeting you.

Where we meet

We will meet at my farm about 20km from the center of Dalat and you can travel by taxi, motorbike or bus. (you need to point by car on google map to avoid getting lost in the countryside.

  • Taxi for 4 people(Price: 300.000 đ for up to 4 guests)
  • Bus for 1 people (Price: 30.000 đ for 1 guest)
  • Rent the motobike (Price: 100-150.000 VNĐ for 1 day)
