Huy is a local Vietnam coffee farmer who is passionate and full of visions. He is reacting and pushing the sustainable coffee farming in Vietnam. Huy will first serve you different kind of coffee using his coffee beans, they are real good and you can tell right away. Then he will bring you to his farm and explain the coffee bean process. It is a insightful trip and the place is super relaxing, Huy also rents out rooms there. Its just that the farm is a bit far away from the city and you will have to rent a taxi to reach his farm.

Show more >Huy runs a sustainable coffee farm on a beautiful property in Da Lat. He is passionate about the organic process and shared his knowledge of the process from growing the trees to harvesting the coffee and the many steps to prepare the final product for the morning coffee. Huy's English is good, and he was super welcoming. He arranged a car to pick us up from our accommodation in Da lat. He also has a homestay on the property, which we would definitely recommend as it was a serene place to hang out. It was our best experience in Da lat.
